On Friday, we returned to our room late, be cause a band was playing, I called the front desk and was told the band would stop at 10:00pm, from our location, we could barely hear, so we left the room. We are disappointed in the way the situation was handled and expected better from a 4 star hotel. For two nights we were not able to take a shower or bath, thankfully, we had friends in the area. I called the front desk, spoke with an hotel manager, they comped the room for one night and gave us $50 play money, which was not accetable to us. The next night assuming everything was resolved, I got in the shower and it overflowed again, this time with nasty black particles coming out, how come this was not noticed by the house keeper or the individual that supposedly fixed the problem. And you won’t have to deal with any of that fine print nonsense and confusing.

The problem comes when we retired for the night, after 11:00pm, I was in the shower and the tub overflowed with disgusting stuff, needlessly to say, I got out as quickly as possible, called the front desk and they were very apologetic and said they would have it fixed the next day, they did not offer to move us to another room.
